Korea has been experiencing growth in its non-regular work in the labor market after the global financial crisis, like many OECD
member countries. According to the OECD Employment Outlook (2012), non-regular workers made up about 23% of the total workforce
in OECD member countries in 2001, and their share rose to 28.5% in 2011 (OECD, 2012).
